I HAVE SEEN A PRODUCT I LIKE BUT MY SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE ANY MORE. ARE YOU GOING TO RESTOCK IT?

We know how frustrating it can be when you have your heart set on an item and you go to buy it but your size or favorite color is out of stock. We want our customers to be unique, so we do not carry much stock for each item. Some of our most popular products will run out very quickly so you do need to be quick and get it before someone else does Nevertheless, we try not to ever disillusion our customers, so if the item you like is out of stock, or your size is not available any more, you will be able to add it to your Wish List. If we restock it, you will get a Wish List alert with the good news.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?

Intropia.com only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service.. We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Service.. They will try and sort it out for you as soon as possible.
