Currency, method of payment and applicable taxes.
The prices will be shown in euros or pounds sterling. In accordance with current legislation, all purchases made in the eShop shall be subject to all applicable taxes. For security reasons, the Customer may not make purchases in excess of 2,000 euros, nor any order containing over 15 articles within a period of fifteen (15) working days. If the Customer is interested in making purchases in excess of this amount or number of articles, he can contact AT LEAST'S customer services via the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
AT LEAST, S.A. makes every effort to ensure that the information contained on its website is true and does not contain errors. If at any time any error of this kind arises, it will be corrected immediately. AT LEAST reserves the right to amend the prices on the website without prior warning. The price of an article will be that shown at any time in the eShop, except in the case of an obvious error. Although AT LEAST attempts to ensure that there are no errors in the prices that appear on the site, if an error occurs in the price of an article ordered by the Customer, AT LEAST will inform the Customer as soon as possible, offering the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If AT LEAST does not manage to contact the Customer, the order will be cancelled and the amounts that have been paid will be fully reimbursed, with no right to compensation.
AT LEAST will not be obliged to provide the article(s) at the incorrectly listed lower price (even if the Customer has received an order confirmation email) if the error in the price is obvious and unambiguous. In this regard, the reference price shall be the price of said Intropia article in the Intropia store in the country in which the order is placed and/or, if not possible, the listed price in the United Kingdom.
AT LEAST accepts payment by debit or credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro, American Express, Diners) and PayPal. In accordance with article 37 of Payment Services Law 16/2009 of 13 November 2009, a commitment to payment made using a bank card is irrevocable. In providing bank card details, the Customer authorises said card to be debited.
All payments are made via a secure payment portal that encrypts card and PAYPAL data. In order to provide maximum security for the payment system, AT LEAST uses secure payment systems of leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. In this regard, confidential payment information is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. For payment with Visa and MasterCard cards, AT LEAST has introduced the SEC (Secure Electronic Commerce) service with the international 3D Secure protocol identified by the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode symbols. The basic principle of Secure Electronic Commerce is to guarantee the security of internet transactions. When making the payment via the secure payment portal, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. It will then connect to the issuing bank, which will request authorisation for the operation using a personal authentication code. The operation will only take place if the bank that issues the credit card confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.
As an additional measure to the Secure Payment system, and with a view to contributing to the prevention of internet fraud, AT LEAST reserves the right to verify the personal information supplied by the Customer and adopt the measures it may deem appropriate (including cancelling the order) to ensure that the merchandise in question is delivered in accordance with the details that appear in the order.
